In the weight-loss world it's also been up and down. I feel like my struggle has waned a lot since last week which is good/welcome but I still have a lot of time to go. I'm in week 2 of the rapid-weight-loss period of 8 weeks. I'm starting to get afraid of maintenance. Am I going to be able to keep it off? Will I rebound? I don't know, I'm trying to settle my worries by reading ahead in the book. I'll let you know how that goes. :)
I took my first round of "after" photos. I don't know if I took them at the wrong time (it's that time of the month) and I'm just bloated or if I really can't tell the difference. It's not the end of the world but it is discouraging. And yesterday because I'm probably anemic from my lovely monthly friend I almost passed out yesterday. Thankfully that's over, they were very helpful at Lindora and helped me figure out what was wrong and then had me eat something salty, drink some water, and then I had red meat for dinner which helped enormously.
All in all I'm still doing my best. I decided I do want to do a boudoir session at the end of this. Maybe if you're lucky I'll post some pictures. :)
